Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations work for taxi bookings made with Mahaveer Tour and Travels. By paying a booking amount to confirm your trip, you agree to this policy.

2. Booking amount

A booking amount may be required to confirm your trip. Once paid, the booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, change of plans, late cancellation or no-show.

The booking amount is adjusted against your total fare when the trip is completed.

3. No refund policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy. No refund will be given in the following cases:

• Cancellation of a confirmed booking by the customer, at any time before pickup.
• No-show — the passenger is not at the pickup point or cannot be reached at the agreed time.
• Trips that are cut short, ended early or changed after they have started.
• Tolls, parking, state tax or other charges already paid on your behalf.

4. How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or change a booking, call or WhatsApp us on +91 92038 81008 or email info@mahaveertourtravels.com as early as possible with your name, phone number and trip date. Please let us know in advance so the vehicle can be released for other customers.

5. Cancellation by us

In rare cases — for example vehicle breakdown, unavailability, severe weather or road restrictions — we may be unable to provide the booked vehicle. We will inform you as early as possible and arrange a comparable vehicle or reschedule your trip to a suitable date and time.
