1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mahaveertourtravels.com and to taxi services booked with Mahaveer Tour and Travels. By using the website or booking a trip, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any enquiry or booking request. Information on the website, including rates, is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.

3. Booking enquiries and confirmation

Submitting a form, calling or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the vehicle, fare, pickup date, time and location with you.

A booking amount may be required to confirm your trip. The booking amount is non-refundable — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Availability and vehicle substitution

All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Vehicle images on the website are representative. If the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable vehicle; we will inform you before the trip where possible.

5. Fares and additional charges

Rates shown on the website are starting rates. The final fare depends on the selected vehicle, trip type, distance, duration and route, and is agreed before booking.

Unless included in your agreed fare, the following may apply and will be confirmed before the trip: toll, parking, state tax, waiting time, night charges and driver allowance.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate pickup address, contact number and trip details.
• Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
• Inform us in advance about extra passengers, heavy luggage, pets or additional stops.
• Follow applicable laws, including seat-belt and passenger-limit rules.
• Take care of personal belongings; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will try to help recover them.

7. Pickup accuracy and waiting time

Inaccurate pickup details can delay your journey. Waiting beyond the agreed pickup time may be chargeable; applicable waiting charges are informed at the time of booking.

8. Conduct

We expect courteous behaviour from both drivers and passengers. The driver may refuse or end a trip in case of unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour, or if the vehicle is asked to carry prohibited items. Smoking and alcohol consumption in the vehicle may not be permitted.

9. Delays beyond our control

Travel times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, festivals, accidents, government restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control, though we will keep you informed where possible.

10. Cancellation

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mahaveer Tour and Travels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, trains or appointments arising from delays outside our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of booking applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
